Commercial Pilot Training

Requirements

In order to begin the Integrated Commercial Pilot License Course at Wind Sock Aviation, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must hold PPL, instrument Rating is not required but encourage to have before training
  • Must have accumulated 250 total flight time to take check ride.
  • 100 hours in powered aircraft
  • 50 hours must be in an airplanes
  • 100 hours of PIC flight time
  • 50 hours in cross-country flight
  • 10 hours of complex time or TAA airplane.
  • 5 hours PIC in night VFR conditions
  • Pass the FAA Knowledge Test
  • Pass the FAA Practical Test
  • Obtain a Class 2 medical certificate from the FAA.
